These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumi mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by List or Lift Ltd ("Lumi", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Lumi is a beauty and cosmetics app. It provides AI-generated cosmetic guidance, such as a glow score, skin and color analysis, look recipes, and product recommendations.
Lumi is not a medical service. Our results, scores, and suggestions are for cosmetic and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for a qualified dermatologist, doctor, or other professional. Always seek professional advice for any skin or health concern, and never disregard professional advice because of something the App told you. AI can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgment before acting on any result, and patch-test new products.
Some features need an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date. You can sign in with email, Apple, or Google. You may delete your account at any time from inside the App.
You are also responsible for the device you use the App on: for keeping it secure, charged, and connected. We recommend you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this removes the security protections built into its operating system and may stop the App from working properly or at all.
Some features need an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible if the App does not work fully because you have no connection or have used up your data allowance. If you use the App over mobile data, your carrier's terms and charges apply, including any data-roaming charges when you are outside your home region. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission.
The App is free to download and offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the App.
You keep ownership of the photos and information you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content only to operate the App and give you your results, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.
The App, including its design, software, text, recipes, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not use our name or branding without our permission.
The App relies on third parties, including Apple, Google, Supabase, and AI providers, to work. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, that the App will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will meet your expectations. Cosmetic results vary from person to person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, profit, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten pounds sterling.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law where you live says otherwise.
